Little Hen is the project of Brea and Christy, two long-time friends who spend a lot of time chatting about designs, art, and of course, chickens! They both care deeply about positively contributing to their community and the planet while celebrating the simple joys of nature. Brea is the owner and talented farmer of Ravenhill Herb Farm and Christy crafts the earrings.

We have over 100 heritage breed chickens that enjoy foraging in their pasture and roaming all over the farm. We collect beautiful rainbow eggs from them which we enjoy and sell in our farm stand.

Ravenhill Herb Farm is a locally-run farm overlooking the Saanich Inlet of the Salish Sea. As stewards of this 10-acre west coast oasis, we are dedicated to growing food using sustainable, organically, and using regenerative practices for their community and sharing knowledge of sustainable living and permaculture practices through education.
